Cake orders

We appreciate having at least one day’s advance notice for cake orders. Cake orders are only finalized and confirmed when payment is received, and the customer has received a receipt via either hard copy paper, text, or email.

Please call in for all cake orders. We do not accept phone orders via voicemail or email. Thank you.

return policy

No returns or exchanges once the food has left the premises.

For cake order cancellations, please allow 48-hour advance notice. All cancellations are subject to a 10% service fee. We do not grant cancellations on special cakes, including but not limited to holiday specials, custom-designed cakes, and event cakes.

We generally discourage customers from keeping their cakes with us overnight due to our already limited refrigeration space. Each cake we hold overnight is subject to a $10 surcharge per night.
